Just a note to say how impressed we were at your marketing of our unit. I had noticed that most units listed on realestate.com.au are listed at a certain figure but actually sell for $25,000 to $30,000 less. You seem to have a much better handle on the market. In fact our unit sold for just $2000 less than the listed price.

I am writing to you in regards to one of your employees Samantha Morrision.
Samantha is our property manager for a house in Honeyeater Drive, Burleigh Waters.
Firstly, I have to say how lucky you are to have such a helpful and professional employee. I have used other property mangers previously and Samantha is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Nothing is ever difficult or a problem. Any issues with the tenant or a request from myself is dealt with straight away. I am extremely happy with her.

Secondly, I have had some difficult personal circumstances of late and she has gone over and above to help me. This is nothing to do with my own property but to try and help me find a rental for me and my 4 children prior to us moving back from living overseas.
I am so impressed by her compassion and professionalism for such a young woman.

We live in such a busy society where we are all quick to complain and pick faults about people/employees and businesses. Sometimes as a consumer we need to compliment when you have received such a great experience and are happy with the service you received. I am writing to express my appreciation for the manner in which this agent helped us purchase the right property. As this was for my eighty-year-old mother, who was moving up from Melbourne, to live in, we were particularly concerned that she would feel happy, comfortable and safe in her new home. This agent paid particular attention to our requirements and focused on finding us something suitable. We never felt under pressure and were delighted to work with someone so worthy of our trust. We were extremely happy with the outcome, as was my mother.
